Is this programme for me?
This is a service that provides only skype or telephone counselling with no other additions BUT you get lots and lots of targeted, challenging (in a good way!) activity in each 1 hour session to get you to a better place in terms of your binge eating and body image.
Each session is £90 in advance paid via PayPal and on receipt a date and time is agreed with you.
Alternatively you can block-book a session of 8 x 1 hour for a one-off payment of £560 via PayPal in advance which is a great saving! These can also be purchased as additional to any of the other programmes.
